Rent a Bike in La Conner!
Choose your own route, the Berry-Dairy, Fir Island or Padilla Bay Shore Trail Tour/Route.
Tulip Country Bike Tours are now offering bike rentals for the whole family in La Conner at the Port of Skagit Marina, just a 5 minute walk north of downtown La Conner.
You can explore the valley on your own or follow one of our route maps to find great lunches, big ice cream cones and enjoy the countryside. If you have two hours or two days, there are plenty of great routes to enjoy. The Port offices will check the bikes in and out, but please call Tulip County Bike Tours directly for rental reservations or questions. In addition to our bikes we offer children's tag-alongs, trailers, child seats and strollers. Prices are listed on our website.
Tulip Country Bike Tours began offering guided bike tours in April of 2007 after owners Derek and Natalie Gustafson realized that seeing the Skagit Valley by bike was an experience they wanted to share with everyone.
The touring season begins in April during the Tulip Festival where knowledgeable guides know the best routes to locate the fields when they are at their peak bloom. During the Summer months (June - Oct.), the tours feature local farm products and opportunities to explore the shoreline, back-roads and quaint towns. The "Berry-Dairy" tour is a favorite, highlighting delicious berries and farm made cheeses. Tours vary in distance from 10-25 miles depending on the tour and preference of the group. All guided tours include a comfortable bike, helmet and lunch or snacks to keep you fueled up along the way. Reservations are required.
If you can pedal, Tulip Country Bike Tours has a beautiful route you will enjoy and are happy to customize a tour for your needs. You'll feel like a local cruising through the fields and farms of the flat Skagit River delta. It's a perfect way to unwind and be active at the same time. Please call 360-424-7461, email info@countrycycling.com or visit our website, www.countrycycling.com for more information and to make reservations.
